This policy explains how Click and Candles collects, uses, and protects information across our website, course enrollment, student registration, and enquiry systems. It applies to every page and service we operate for NSE equity education.
Information we collect and how we use it
We collect only the details needed to run course administration and platform security: name, email, phone number, and enrollment or payment records supplied when you register. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways, and we do not store full card details.
Student account data is restricted to authorised staff and is used only for course access, support, and required record keeping. We do not sell personal information or share it for unauthorised marketing.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.
WhatsApp communications
WhatsApp messages from Click and Candles are optional. Consent is unchecked by default, and you may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or using the opt-out link in any message.
WhatsApp Business API messages are used only for course notifications and support you request. We do not share WhatsApp contact data with third parties for marketing.
